#9 Bearcats Stretch Win Streak to 13, Sweep York

The men’s volleyball team stretched their winning streak to
13 by defeating York College in a CUNYAC match played on Thursday
night in Jamaica, New York.
The Bearcats defeated York with scores of 25-17, 25-17, 25-16 to
remain undefeated in CUNYAC with a perfect 9-0
record.

Oliveira and Ray
Satagaj (.533) led the attack with eight kills each,
while Jesus
Echevarria dished out 34 assists and collected five digs
on the defensive end. Sam
Park had a solid evening with five kills and a .667
hitting percentage.
Ahmed Helmi led York in the loss with six kills.
The men’s volleyball team will return to action on Saturday
