Day One Recap
UW-Whitewater narrowly missed setting a school record with their 3-0 (25-11, 25-14, 25-14) sweep of Finlandia in the tourney opener.  The Warhawks recorded 20 service aces, just one shy of the UW-W record of 21 set September 4, 2009 against Marian University.  The previous best in the 2010 season had been 15 versus the University of Saint Thomas September 4.  (Must be something about that date.)
