Sat. rally keeps St. Thomas season alive

The No. 11-ranked Tommie volleyball team rallied from a 2-1 games deficit to outlast St. Scholastica in Saturday's semifinal match at the NCAA regional tournament in Moorhead.

UST prevailed 25-15, 18-25, 35-37, 25-19, 15-12, and avanaced to Sunday's 4 p.m. championship match. The Toms (31-4) will play the winner of the Bethel-Concordia match.

It's St. Thomas' eighth appearance in the regional finals.
