Webster Sweeps MacMurray, 3-0

The Webster University women's volleyball team defeated MacMurray College, 3-0, in Jacksonville, IL, on September 19.  The Gorloks were led by freshman Jenny Howard (Duchesne HS) who had 12 kills for the match.

Webster won handily, 25-12, 25-9, and 25-17, as they improved to 3-1 in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.  The match was played at Routt Catholic High School, adjacent to MacMurray's campus, as they are still repairing their gymnasium that was damaged by summer flooding caused by heavy rainfall.

The Gorloks return home on September 24 for a tri-match with Westminster College and MacMurray, at Grant Gymnasium.
