Kean has now captured every Skyline Championship since 2011, a run of six-straight titles for the program that was born only seven seasons ago. In earning the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Championship in each of those seasons, Kean is one of only two schools to qualify for the NCAA Division III Championship in all the years it has been held.

The Cougars were hitting .812 and CMSV was at -.100 when the Dolphins called timeout with the score 20-8 in the first set. Kean won emphatically, 25-11.
The Dolphins took their first lead at 1-0 in the second, but Kean scored 13 of the next 15 points to put themselves in the driver's seat again. Kean won 25-12 and held CMSV to a .000 hitting percentage.
The third set was tighter with a 25-19 final, but the Dolphins were still held to .091 hitting and were unable to get any sustained offense all day.
